This patient presented for breast reduction surgery and improvement in the abdominal contour. Her breasts are heavy and ptotic (droopy), the abdominal wall is lax, there is excess abdominal skin, there are multiple stretch marks to the abdominal wall and there is a vertical mid-line scar from a previous surgery. She underwent bilateral breast reduction surgery and a full tummy tuck. The breasts were reduced using a Wise pattern (inverted T) technique. The abdominal wall muscles were tightened, all of the lax skin from the umbilicus to the pubis including the entire vertical scar was removed, and the pubis and flanks were sculpted with liposuction. She is 6 months in the post-operative pictures.
