Breast Reduction

This patient presented with breast hypertrophy and underwent a 650-750 gram bilateral breast reduction using a inverted T (Wise pattern) technique. The bra fat pad of the upper pole of each breast was sculpted with liposuction. She is 3 months post op in the photos
