Procedure Details

This patient presented for aesthetic improvement of the lower face and neck. The patient has a classic "turkey neck" deformity with redundant skin, muscle laxity and lipodystrophy (fat deposition) of the neck. She under went a full surgical lower face and neck lift procedure which includes skin and muscle tightening as well as liposuction to sculpt the neck fat deposition and contouring of the jowls. The incisions begin at the earlobe of each ear and extend behind each ear and then into the hair line. An additional incision is placed beneath the chin for access to the central aspect of the neck. All incisions are well concealed and placed in the natural skin creases. The patient is 4 months post-op in the after photos.
